James B. Styer has a background in business administration and has held top managerial positions with companies in the cold storage, distribution and food processing industry throughout the United States, like Vice President Corporate Services with P&O Cold Logistics. He is a specialist in marketing assessment, implementation of key performance measures, development of strong managerial systems and processes, and (re)organizational issues. Styer also has extensive international experience. He has lived and worked in South America and Asia for years and was involved in cold supply chain development projects and training and in India and Bangladesh, cold storage feasibility studies in Guatemala and Ecuador, and trade missions to Argentina and Brazil.
